1.Q:When the liquid turbine flowmeter is not stable and the measurement is not accurate, how to deal with it?
A:1. The actual flow exceeds the measuring range of the instrument or is unstable. 2. The instrument coefficient K is set incorrectly. 3. Hang fibers and other debris inside the sensor. 4, there are bubbles in the liquid. 5. There is strong electromagnetic field interference next to the sensor.
6, the sensor bearing and shaft are seriously worn.

2.Q:When the "check" signal of the liquid turbine flowmeter is displayed but the flow signal is not displayed?
A:1. The indirect line between the sensor and the display instrument is wrong; 2, or open circuit, short circuit, poor contact and other faults; 3, the amplifier is faulty or damaged;


3.Q:Turbine flowmeter flow fluctuation is large?
A:Whether the water source is pulsating flow


4.Q:The liquid turbine flowmeter shows a small flow rate, but the actual flow rate is relatively large.?
A:The general cause of this problem is that the impeller is not rotating fast enough or the blade is broken. Remove the flow from the pipe and check the meter for entanglement or breakage.


5.Q:Liquid turbine flowmeter display error is relatively large?
