FAQ

Gas waist wheel flowmeter problems and solutions

1, fault phenomenon: table does not measure:
No flow through, supply gas pressure detection check, open the valve to adjust the flow.
A: Check clearly and confirm whether the flow value in the closed pipe is greater than the starting flow of the meter.
B;  If the rotor is stuck by dirty foreign matter in the work, the flow meter is disassembled, and only the impurities generated during welding and table installation in the closed pipeline need to be cleaned.
C:The installation force is too large, if you need to re-install the flow meter, eliminate the pipeline installation stress.
2, the fault phenomenon: The table does not show:
A:When the battery voltage is less than 3.2V, check the replacement battery.
B:If the display is not displayed, the circuit board may be damaged and needs to be replaced.
C:Check whether the battery plug has bad contact
3, gas flow meter fault phenomenon: abnormal sound and noise
A:the flow is too large, the flow is not in the rated range; Adjust the flow to the specified range.
B:The rotor collides with each other, and the bearing is damaged; Need to revise and test the supplier at a commission.
C:caused by improper installation; Reinstall correctly according to the instructions.
4, gas flow meter fault phenomenon: temperature, pressure is not normal:
A:Check whether the temperature sensor and pressure sensor are normal.
B:Check whether the pre-temperature and pressure cables are out of line or crimped.
