Coriolis mass flowmeter (Coriolis force flowmeter for short) is a direct measurement of mass flow by using the principle that fluid flows in a vibrating tube and produces Coriolis force proportional to mass flow. FAQ

1] The zero point of the mass flowmeter moves slowly, and each drift condition is the same.
[Possible cause] Small and medium-sized bubbles accumulate in the upper part of the measuring tube after stopping the flow, or the suspended solids in the slurry separate and precipitate.
[Treatment method] Adjust to zero immediately after stopping the flow, which means that the distribution state of the fluid is similar to that of the flow. The signal output after zero drift occurs after zero adjustment is completed, and the small signal excision value is improved.

[Fault phenomenon 2] The zero point of the mass flowmeter is greatly shifted, and each drift is very different. The drive gain rises, and in severe cases exceeds 13V and becomes saturated.
[Possible cause] Bubbles remain in the measuring tube during the stay, especially bending the measuring tube is easy to occur.
[Treatment method] Do not enter the bubble; The occasional drift can be ignored, and it is not necessary to zero every time; Increase the static pressure of the pipeline, so that the bubble becomes smaller and reaches zero.

[Fault phenomenon 3] Mass flow meter zero drift is large, in many cases can not be zero.
[Possible cause] Measure the sediment in the fluid adhering to the inner wall of the tube.
[Treatment method] Cleaning or hot melt removal.

[Fault phenomenon 4] Due to fluid temperature drift, the smaller the temperature value of Coriolis force mass flowmeter of the same caliber, the greater the zero drift.
[Possible cause] Liquid temperature change.
[Treatment method] The temperature is adjusted to zero when measuring in actual use; (2) Zero drift caused by temperature change during flow stop shall not be treated; When the measurement temperature difference is 1ºC, it is adjusted to zero.

[Fault phenomenon 5] The zero point of the mass flowmeter is unstable, but the amount of movement is small.
[Possible cause] The pipe vibrates.
[Treatment method] Many cases do not produce measurement errors, can not be dealt with.

[Fault phenomenon 6] Temperature change causes stress change, and mechanical causes cause stress change before and after the mass flowmeter sensor.
[Possible cause] Stress change on the flow sensor.
[Treatment method] Any place in the entrance and exit to replace the flexible connection pipe; (2) If the inlet and outlet are provided with a rubber hose, place more than two support points between the sensor and the hose.
